I've been meaning to post this article about Graston Technique. The article, Instruments of Change, was published in the Experience Life Magazine back in October 2008. It talks about the usage of the GT tools from diagnostic standpoint to injury treatment for difference types of injury.

About the Blog

The goal of this blog is to get the right information to the people who wants it and needs it.

There are a great number of people who spend lots of time on the internet looking for useful information to help understand their pain/injuries and to find the best remedy for themselves, in hoping that they can resolve the problem and be injury-free when they return to their sport.

However, there are many (too many) rudimentary information from individual and organizational websites that lack down to earth explanation, which offer a false sense of knowledge. As a result, no usable solution, problem left unfixed.

This is where I want my blog to fill the empty spots. In the future, I'll be covering lots of topics concerning common sports injuries, effective treatments, sports performance enhancement methods, sports nutrition & much more.
